My Vision

Imagine a world where you devote your working life to meaningful, fulfilling projects.

Where you
do what you love.

Where your
passion trumps your paycheck.

Where your career energy aligns with your
need for meaning.

Where you return from work
happier than you arrived.

That's my vision. I want to help you get there.

My Purpose

My purpose is to connect passionate people with meaningful projects.

How do I do this?

1. I build web-based tools to help you to develop a remarkable online identity. Your web presence allows you to be found by like-minded people who need your help and are willing to pay you for it. A strong web presence makes it much easier to find you and connect you to people with similar passions and goals. The stronger your online identity, the more you will attract meaningful career opportunities and be able to work on fulfilling projects.

2. I run iVenture, a Syracuse University startup accelerator that helps students launch and join startups. It also connects students to our in-house projects like the Entrepreneurship Knowledge Bridge, which benefit the community.

My Values

As the founder of two companies before turning 20, I've learned that success rarely comes uninvited. In order to stay motivated when you think you've hit rock bottom, you need core values that persistently drive you forward.

My core values are:

Curiosity.
Being inquisitive has been vital to my business life. I often find myself asking questions like, "What if we create niche-product A for niche-need B and create a whole new market?" For example, I developed a business model to bring personal online branding to the college student demographic. It's easy to get caught up in the status quo and forget to ask yourself how things could be better. Which is why I make a point to constantly ask myself: what if?

Well defined goals. Once a goal is put down on paper and out of my head, I can focus on what needs to be done rather than worry about remembering the goal itself. Well defined, recorded goals make me a thousand times more productive.

Simplicity. So many things in life are overly difficult for no reason. Products we use everyday are needlessly complex. Can you set the timer on your VCR in under a minute? Can you decode your cell phone bill as easily as you can your bank statement? I can't. Which is why I draw inspiration from companies like 37signals and Apple. They're crazy about simplicity, choosing to tackle one specific problem at a time and then solving it with excellence.

Relationships above all else. People always come first. Always. Technology and business are nothing without people. If you constantly ask yourself how you can help other people, you will find greater success and happiness.
